I know you posted this forever ago! But I just saw it for some reason 
Yes we still have birdies, and for now we don’t have window coverings. We’ve lived here for 3 years, so I’m not sure we ever will LOL! The only reason might be that it’s in the front of the house and I’ve since moved my sewing room in there. When I sew at night I feel like I’m sitting in a fish bowl LOL! So maybe some day
