I need suggestions for a book or resource to teach my girls about praying. They say a very fast (same every night) prayer at bed and at meals. They’re only 5 & 6, but I want to teach them that it’s more than just reciting words. Does anyone have any ideas?

One thing the helps our young children was to pray on the way to church. Each person took a turn and they heard us pray too. We also took the time to talk about specific things to pray about and how God had answered those prayers for them. It helped to connect praying and watching for God to answer those prayers. To this day, our kids (with families of their own) love to pray in the car.
