We use typing without tears for my 7 year old. She has enjoyed it and it was very inexpensive.

We have used both Typing Instructor and Typing Web. I think Typing Instructor was better since there were no periphery ads to distract kids. However, that being said, I am having a hard time breaking them of their already established incorrect habits. They have been on keyboards way longer that I have, I learned to type at 17! Crazy class, but I don’t regret it now. I need to focus in on this more as it is definitely a subject that can be eliminated during the day if we are too full.
