Online curriculum

I might have to go back to work unexpectedly and am really considering online curriculum for my 2 children who will be in the care of a grandparent. So I am in need of some advice and expertise on the curriculums out there. Something affordable and for elementary through high school.

We have used A Beka Academy, the independent study option. This includes all the student books, tests, answer keys, and one year of access to the video lessons. It is very much like having school at home. Their teachers do a great job. https://www.abeka.com/HomeSchool/Products/AbekaAcademy/ It is a little pricey but they have a 6-month payment plan.

I have some friends that use ACE curriculum and love it. It is not online but it’s very easy to use. It is designed for the kids to work independently, the booklets are self-instructional, and the kids can check their own work using the score keys. They have instructional DVDs for some high school subjects like Algebra, Chemistry, Physics, etc. https://www.aceministries.com/homeschool-options
