How should I classify an ATV Safety Class?

I signed my 8th grader up for an ATV safety class. He is taking a health class. Can I count the ATV training as part of the health class? What do you think?

I would document the safety aspects of the ATV class very specifically. Usually health in the upper middle school and high school years has driving safety, rider safety and road safety as part of the course. I would think it should be accepted if carefully documented.
