Family Devotional Help

Does anyone have a (free) family devotional resource? We would like to start a new one and I am looking for guidance. Would like it to include a memory verse, scripture reference and application, and maybe a tool for my husband to explain.

Thanks!

We use JellyTelly and really like it. It is a monthly subscription but we think it’s worth it. Our family tries to have devotions three times a week, first day we go over the bible lesson, second we focus on prayer and third we watch “what’s in the bible”

Since the kids also have Sunday School and AWANA which we talk about throughout the week this is just our familytime

We read Jesus Calling, 365 Devotions For Kids by Sarah Young. It can be done during breakfast and it has a short verse at the beginning of each day. It’s nothing fancy like an entire curriculum, but it is in language they can understand. You can always make it more challenging for your older kids. (There is one for teenagers, but we are not to that point yet.) What we do for memory verse, is read one week at a time and then choose a verse that will be ‘tested’ on the following Friday. Hope that makes sense. smiley:
