My younger kids love sassafras sciences. If you have not heard about sassafras science it’s a chapter book about two twins and their adventures in science. My kids cannot wait to see what the twins are doing on their adventures. The workbooks are fun for my kids to fill out and color. They also have good suggestions for hands on experiments with each chapter. The story is very fun and my kids really enjoy mixing reading time wth science.
For my older kids they really like, moving beyond the page science. They enjoy the books they read and they really like that they get to choose what hands on actives they do at the end of each lesson. I really like it because I give them the books and they are able to do the lessons on their own.
