What is the best Children’s Dictionary for 3rd-5th grade level? We have Scholastic First Dictionary and it is too basic. Thank you!!
We are going with the American Heritage Student Dictionary.

Looks good! I have their Thesaurus in my Amazon Wish List. Not sure why I didn’t also look at the dictionary!!
Not to rely too much on technology, but we really like the Dictionary app too. I do make the kids use the “regular” 
dictionary and thesaurus, but the dictionary app has some intriguing word study facts each day.
My daughter, who is in 3rd grade is using Merriam-Websters Elementary Dictionary and we love it. My sons, who are older also used this one.
