I would like to set up our classroom table similar to Erica’s. This is our first year homeschooling, and I have a 4th grader, 1st grader and prek. We start off together for morning calendar work, but then they kind of disperse into other areas as they do their individual subjects. We have a small kid-sized table that we already had in the room and currently use. My daughter mostly either uses the kitchen table or a desk in her bedroom. My younger two usually use the kid-sized table, except for when the first grader & I sit on the couch for reading and religion. The kid-sized table is too small for the kids plus their work and it’s small enough that I can’t sit very comfortably at it, but I like the idea of it. So I’d like to get a larger table that we all can fit at & I love the idea of workboxes on each side for their books.
